A new beginning....

A few weeks ago, I removed my blog and all the old messages. Because the teachings you find in the book "A Course in Miracles" are more important and more precious for you, than anything one could write in a personal blog.

Therefore, I have decided to dedicate my services completely to the work and the teachings of "A Course in Miracles".

In the past, I have studied many spiritual books from great and well-know teachers of the past ages. But this one book is so unique and it has helped me so much, that I now share this path with others through this website.

​In all the different teachings about the spiritual path of life, the lessons one has to learn are all very similar. This is why I recommend this one book, as it does explain the steps to learn in the most helpful ways.

Before we start...

On my path to recovery from severe PTSD, I've learned what is helpful during difficult times. In this blog which I wrote during the last few years, I humbly share thoughts and tools that helped me on my path. ​The goal is to inspire as many people as possible all around the world.

Another reason why I created this website has to do with suicide prevention. The problem is that the deep feelings of shame often hinder a person to talk about the childhood abuse they have experienced. ​Many people living with PTSD have no support from their family, because childhood abuse is often done by a member of the family. This is why they spend years in total silence, lonely, traumatised and scared - they have nobody to talk to. These situations often end up with a complete breakup from the family. Loosing the family under such circumstances is often already difficult enough. 

With this website, I also offer free online support for all these situations, similar to an online self-help group. The focus is always solutions oriented, without dwelling on the past. The approach and techniques I work with are focusing on a positive transformation, to help the person feel better in daily life.

The Healing of Post Traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD)

In this message, I wish to share some first informations for all people who suffer from post traumatic stress disorders, fears and similar problems.

Medical research has developed different healing techniques for PTSD over the last few years, so there is more help available for people now than in the past. One great technique for this is called
Somatic Experiencing and was established by Peter Levine.

This technique from Peter Levine works good for people who have experienced different types of childhood traumas and similar situations. It directly helps to recover the nervous system. It will complete any other healing technique. The county hospital, the local medical center in your town should be able to help you and give you the addresses of certified trauma-therapists. 

Please, be very patient with people who have a PTSD. It may take some time before they are even able to talk about what they experienced. Just support and encourage them to accept the help of a trauma-therapist. With that, finding again a better quality of life, relief and recovery is truly possible.

The Power of Meditation

Many studies all around the world have proven the healing effects of meditation. Real meditation is not about sitting around or some kind of daydreaming.
​
Meditation has a far higher goal, a sacred goal that some people still ignore:
The goal of meditation is the connection between you and your eternal Divine Self, your Soul.

During meditation, you step into Oneness with your Divine Source. You find alignment with your Divine Self again - and that is what makes meditation so precious.

Prayer is when you speak to God - Meditation is when you listen to God, your Divine Source. You know these words: "Ask (prayer) and you shall receive (meditation)."

No other relationship in your life is more important than the one that you have with yourself ​(your Divine Self). During your meditation, you take care of this unique relationship.

​Meditation is also an act of self-love, because during your time of meditation, you consciously take time for yourself. You then become more mindful and sensitive to your own feelings and thoughts. This is how you get to know yourself better, and this will make you stronger on many levels.

Meditation is also about balancing your emotions, it is like an inner cleaning on many levels. ​This gives you new inner strength and clarity for your daily tasks.

Meditation is one of the most precious tools for your own self-healing. Your times of meditation are the times where you find true recovery from all the demands of the outer world. Taking this time for yourself is important for your work-life-balance and your health.

During meditation, you quiet your mind, you become still, you enter your heart, then you listen within -- this is when you receive healing light, when you receive answers and new inspiration.

The practice of meditation is probably the most powerful thing you can do for yourself and for your health. Meditation reduces stress and anxiety, because it brings you back into your own center and helps you to stay grounded.

​With every meditation, you will feel calmer and more harmonious. And you will take that inner peace into your daily life situations.

More important, during your meditation time you connect with a higher level of consciousness: you leave the human consciousness, and you enter the Divine Consciousness. This is where the path of awakening and healing is happening.

Real long term healing, holistic healing on all levels of your being, is only and always between
you and your own Divine Source. This is what happens during your meditation: you are in a state of open receivership for the love, the light and all the gifts your Divine Source has for you.
