Burn-out and digital detox

This blog post may be less spiritual, it is about some points that people often ask me, so I will just share a few basic general ideas here. More and more people are diagnosed with a burn-out. People say that they feel exhausted and tired. While the reasons may be many, there are certain things you can always do to find more rest. 

Be self-responsible, own your life, do your own homework: 
The path of recovery demands that we take full responsibility for our own body, health and life.
People often expect others (doctors, healers, teachers or coaches) to do all the work for them. It is important to understand that you alone are responsible for your health and for your own healing. Those who continue to blame others can't find long lasting healing. All spiritual teachings are precious, but some people on the spiritual path seem to look for a faster way. They hope it is possible to skip certain learning steps. Doctors and teachers can help for certain things, but you always have to do your own part of the work too. Your path of awakening and healing is between you and your own Divine Guidance. It is about your relationship with your own Divine Source. You must be willing to take really good care of that relationship, with honest devotion from your heart, with prayers and meditations. This is your task and your responsability. Nobody else can do that for you.

Here are a few serious points to consider in your daily life:
Are you the kind of person who is always helping others, but you never ask others for help? Some people are great "givers", but they struggle asking for help. You have the right to receive as much help in return, as you are helping others. To avoid a burn-out, you may start asking for help for yourself and for your goals, in all areas of your life. Every morning, take the time to prepare your day and decide what it is that YOU really need. Learn to make your own wellbeing a priority. Write these things down during three weeks, and observe how you feel. 
You can learn to set new and healthier boundaries. You don't have to be always available for others 24/7. Try to turn off your phone more often, so you really get more time to rest. Plus, if you say "no" sometimes when others ask for your help, you will have more free time for yourself. 

When was the last time you ....
If you are chronically feeling tired and exhausted, then ask your doctor to do a complete medical check-up. For example, a lack of ferritine can be one of the reasons why you feel so exhausted, and it can be more serious. Please do a complete check-up and tests with your doctor in the medical center; always take good care of your health.

Every app on your phone demands your time and your energy
How many apps do we really need? People no longer own apps, but those apps own the people, they own their energy and their time.
Does my toothbrush really need an app? I laughed when I bought my last toothbrush. And no, I did not download that app. Seriously…
A first step towards more free time and inner peace is to delete some apps. Too many people are even not aware of how much time of their days all their apps consume.

Following others on social media channels – who, why and what?
The daily amounts of unnecessary information such as gossip is consuming your energy more than you are aware of. Serious: Your energy is where your focus is. If you focus for hours on gossip and drama-stories, this builds up a momentum of energy in your aura, which directly effects your mental health. Begin to be more careful about what you read and watch online: are the news you read and listen good, positive and make you feel optimistic? Or are you waisting your precious time reading only bad news that create again more fears and stress within you?
Make serious changes: take control and become very selective on who you follow, what you read and watch online. Choose more peaceful, harmonious and positive channels, with uplifting messages, in order to feel better.

Writing for hours in online chats?
People spend hours writing in those chats, but are those real conversations? or is it again only superficial gossip? At the end of the conversation, do you feel better, or worse?
A fun way to stop this, is to ask the other person: what exactly is your intention and the goal of this conversation? ​Then, ask yourself: do you really want to be a part of that conversation?  
You know, there is a difference in the quality. It may help avoiding chats/conversations where people tend to complain and gossip all the time about others. Surround yourself with loving people who support you, if you like to raise the vibration of your own energy fields. 

Radical changes sometimes really help:
Make new habits: if we really want to change certain things in our life, then we must change our habits. We can do this by simply trying out new habits. How about choosing certain hours per day when we turn our phones and all computers off ... ? How does that feel? If it feels good, if you feel relieved, then continue with it :-)
 

​Please remember that you are a lot more than your physical body. Not only you have a Soul, actually you are that Soul. You are a divine being of love and light, a wonderful Soul. Your true goal is to become aware of your divine Soul and your Oneness with Divine Source. Allow yourself to remember now more of that eternal divine part of who you really are, that beautiful Soul. And the more you find your inner alignment with your own Soul, the better you feel, the more peaceful you become. You become whole again through this. This is what you are longing and looking for: your Oneness with your Divine Soul, because this divine Love is your natural state of being.

Finding lasting peace and happiness

The bookstores are filled with self-help books of all kinds, and for sure many of them are truly good and helpful. They all promise happiness, joy and success. But no matter how many techniques one uses, you can still see people running around restless, looking for “something else” and wanting “something more.” Yes, even when they seem to have everything: a wonderful life partner, a good solid career, a nice house and children. A few years later, they divorce, families fall apart, one suffers with depressions or a midlife-crisis. And if you ask them what happened, they will answer you: “Because something was missing…”
But the question is: What is really missing?

In my experience, that one “missing piece” (some call it the secret) people are looking for during most of their life, is simply and only this: Their own relationship with God, Divine Source.

Yes, I have had times in my life when I did not believe in any kind of God, I know how empty that feels. But then, I started praying again, I learned meditation, and I discovered the beauty of the spiritual path... That feeling of true lasting inner peace comes from our connection with our Divine Source.

The only thing that is needed is our conscious awareness of our Divine Self, our alignement with our own Divine Soul. When we practice being present like this in every moment of our daily lives, we allow divine Love to transform our world...

We are spiritual beings, Souls, coming from a Divine Source, known as God. Since I started taking care of my relationship with God again, I became more and more aware of Spirit, of Divine Consciousness, and I have found an inner peace that nothing in the material world can ever offer.

There are no substitutes in the outside world for that sacred relationship with our Divine Self and our Divine Source. Within this feeling of Oneness, we receive a love so tender and healing, it really fills your heart with beautiful peace... this is when you feel really whole.

What if the only “Law of Attraction” tool that is missing in our life, in truth is our own relationship with Divine Source? People try to have relationships with each other - but without having a loving relationship with our own Divine Source, how can we expect having any fulfilling and lasting relationships with others?

Many of us are living in a modern world filled with material abundance, but still feeling unhappy, restless, seeking for "something more" to fill the void they feel inside ...
What is really missing, is our faith in Divine Source, our love for God, our daily relationship with God. Are we living and sharing our daily life with God? Are we bringing Divine Love into our daily life situations? Maybe, that is what is really missing most of the time: Divine Love.

We do not need another pair of shoes, or more make-up, another new shirt or a new car. Those are superficial, material substitutes for a short moment. The one and only thing that can fill our hearts with true love and lasting peace, is when we take the time for prayers and meditation, when we really sit in stillness and connect with our Divine Source. It is in real communion with God that our hearts are filled with lasting love. This is what we are all longing for.

Maybe, instead of doing all the "self-improvement", the one and only thing we really need to improve and upgrade, is our personal relationship with our own Soul, with our Divine Source. 
To begin with, we can accept our own Divinity, and see the Divine in others, honor the Divine in each other, and honor our Divine Source. These steps would be a beautiful shift in our consciousness; and we would feel a lot happier, better, more complete.

About dysfunctional families

Not everybody experienced the joy, the love and the mutual support of a good family. Instead, they experienced abuse and similar issues. For others, there were issues with alcohol in the family, or maybe narcissism and other disorders. Many are those who suffer during years, often in silence, from the burdens of a dysfunctional family. Sometimes, those who grew up in these kind of families never received a comforting hug or loving words of encouragement.
Please make sure to first read this blog text I wrote for a better understanding.
 
The wounds left by childhood traumas aren’t easy to heal. Often there is a lot of old shame and guilt in those memories - they are robing a big part of the joy of life.

With this message, I would like to encourage you that it is possible to move beyond these experiences. Especially in dysfunctional families, when becoming an adult, every healing work you do is very precious for your own path. It all will help you to create a beautiful life for yourself.

You can learn to move forward and find new strength for your own healing. You can now learn to set healthy boundaries for yourself. You can restore your confidence and free yourself from all those old burdens. Please know that you can receive support for all these kind of situations.

Often, good people make compromises, they tolerate many things, out of old fears of conflicts. People tolerate too often bad behaviors from others, with the excuse that "they are family". But with time, those silent compromises can become a burden and lead to a lot of repressed anger.

People who truly love you will always talk to you with respect, loving kindness, compassion, and appreciation. People who love you will always respect your boundaries and treat you with consideration. It is important to surround yourself with quality people who are willing to support you on your path of life.

There is a simple way to find out if you are spending your precious time with the right people: how do you feel after a conversation with them? The right people help you to feel good about yourself. The right people speak about positive things such as faith, motivation and confidence with you. True friends make you feel good about yourself in every meeting and the conversations with them are uplifting. But if you feel bad and worse after every encounter with some people, it may be time to think about setting healthy boundaries. 
 
One important point to think about: those who grew up in dysfunctional families rarely received the loving comfort they needed as a child. This is an old grief many carry in their hearts. These things also need to be healed, so you can live a fulfilling life as an adult.

You deserve to be happy, healed and free. You can create a beautiful life for yourself. ​You deserve to have a circle of loving friends who support you on your path.

About healing childhood trauma and PTSD

What I explain here is maybe nothing new for those who are more advanced and experienced on the spiritual path. Because I wish to help all those who are just starting to discover this path, those who are at the beginning of self-healing, I write this text here in certain ways.

Those of us who have experienced childhood traumas of any kind, know this feeling: when we get older, we often wonder how to let go of the past, all those emotions and that PTSD.

Like many who have experienced certain types of trauma, I had lost most of my trust in God; and around age 34, all I saw in my life was that I had failed over and over again. One day, I came to a point where I finally began to pray to God again. 

A few weeks later, I read A Course in Miracles for the first time. I also discovered the books from Joel S. Goldsmith, The Art of Spiritual Living. I was relieved to read that we can ask for divine support. In prayers and meditations, we receive the strength to let go and to forgive. We do not have to do all these steps alone. We can pray for healing for all those painful emotions and limiting beliefs. With A Course in Miracles and similar books, we learn to see any situation without the misinterpretations of our ego. This is how we find inner peace, step by step.

Personally, I had too many doubts when I read these books the first time. In the beginning, I did not really trust God. My old feelings of shame and guilt made it impossible for me to believe that God could really love me. Same as others who have experienced childhood traumas, I had many old walls around me. Those same walls hindered me to receive the healing love from God. My ego then said: those teachings do not work; those books are not good. Sure, it was me: I did not trust, and I did not believe enough...

Therefore, I had to read these books again. With time, my trust became stronger, until I allowed myself to receive more of the love and support from the divine realms. The more I read, the more I felt a feeling of relief in my heart, even I could not yet understand all the details. I continued to study those books, because I felt that something within my heart was really healing, even I could not explain it with words.

With regular practice, I began to feel better. I learned that if I want to experience lasting healing, I had to lay my ego aside; including all my personal ideas on how fast, where and when more of that inner healing would happen for me. (With my ADHD, I sometimes was impatient.)

The steps of letting go demand forgiveness: forgiving others and ourselves. We all know that our ego prefers to judge and to blame others and is rarely willing to forgive. Forgiveness leads to acceptance. The practice of acceptance seems almost impossible. How could I accept what seems unfair? How could I lay all my judgments aside? These books helped me to do all that. ACIM teaches us not to identify with the body, which is an important and very profound healing step, especially for people with PTSD due to physical traumas. 

As I read those books again, I understood that I must do my part of the work, every day. In order to move forward and find that peace I was longing for, I had to lay all my judgements aside, also all my expectations, without any exceptions. When we pray and ask for support, Divine Guidance helps us to see all situations from a higher perspective. This is why daily prayers and meditations are so precious. In that alignment with our Divine Source, we experience more and more healing. Yes, it really feels like a miracle when that feeling of peace replaces those old painful emotions. With practice, this becomes easier. 

Same like many on this path, I continue to read in those healing books. Every time I read in those books again, I observe new changes in my heart, also in my life, and I receive a new, deeper understanding.

Divine Love truly works in many beautiful ways, if we allow it to guide us.

In my personal experiences, this is how we receive divine healing, layer after layer, on all levels. This is how perception changes into knowing. This is how we begin to remember who we really are. Our consciousness changes when we reconnect with the healing love of our Divine Self and our Divine Source. Love again becomes our natural state of being, right here as the Divine Self, in oneness with Christ-consciousness.

Have patience along this path. Have compassion with yourself.

An older meditation teacher once explained: it is good that one does not know the things he did in past lifetimes. You can read more about the topic of karma in the books from Dr. David R. Some points we learn along this path

​What I explain and write here is not new for those who are more advanced on the spiritual path. But because I wish to help all those who are just starting to discovering this path, those who are just at the beginning and learning, I write this here in certain ways.

In the beginning, we all learn the necessity of forgiveness, because it is a way to find true and lasting healing, and inner peace. Sure, this is not easy, otherwise most of humanity would already live together in peace and harmony since long time. Making peace with your past is really necessary, if you wish to move forward and create for yourself the life you wish to experience. Once you have established peace within your own heart and mind, you have greater ease to manifest true love in your daily life.

As we move forward on this path, we begin the realize the difference between the voice of the ego, and the loving gentle voice of our Divine Self. This gentle voice brings us healing and inner peace. The key is to take the time to sit still and to really listen to it (meditation). 

The next steps of learning will be about your self-image, and your idea of who you truly are. There is the human self, yes, but there is also your true eternal Self. These next steps are about establishing your true identity, and about becoming aware of your Divine Self. You now remember your true Self again, you can feel it more often. This is peace, on all levels of your being. Your Divine Self is never separate from God. As a human, you only forgot that this relationship with God is permanent. 

Now you remember your Divine Self and your Divine Oneness with God. You remember what was always within your heart. You are gently changing from human consciousness into divine consciousness. Divine Love is the essence of who you are and what you are. Divine Love is your natural state of being. The more you connect with this light within your heart, the more you experience healing on all levels of your being. This is why it is worth taking the time to meditate.

This is how we move forward and move beyond the old illusions of the ego, into true fulfillment. With this, we lay aside the habit of judging others. No more judgements. And we see others with our hearts, beyond the physical appearances, we now see their Light in them too. This is how you extend love to all you meet. On this path, we also lay aside the habit of blaming others, because they did not fulfill those expectations the ego was projecting on them. 

The idea of making one "special" is an old belief from the ego. This is blocking the growth of unconditional love. A person who wants to be seen as special (or make another special) is acting out of the ego, and not of the heart. This always creates more separation, instead of expanding love and unity. If we wish to share and experience true love, we have to give up the wish of the ego that one person would be special or better than others. We need to connect with each other from a level of divine consciousness, where all are equally worthy, honored and appreciated.

To move away from fear and those old limitations, the answer is found in the practice of meditation and prayer: through meditation and prayer, we connect with the true Self, with Divine Love, and raise above the struggles of the ego. This is where the healing of the heart and of the mind happen, and where the reconnection with your Divine Self and God is found. This inner healing happens gently, over a certain time, with regular practice. This path is unique for each one.

Be patient and have compassion with yourself on this path. It is a learning process that needs some time. You are releasing what no longer serves you and what was holding you back. Instead of the voice of the ego, you now follow your heart, because your Soul is calling you to reconnect with your Divine Source. This is where you receive more love and peace.

As we continue learning, we continue healing and letting go of the old limiting beliefs. We feel more inner peace. We are more present in the now-moment. With that, we become more aware of our own Divine Self. The next step is to see and acknowledge the Divine Self in others too (even if they are not yet aware of it). 

We ask more often for divine guidance, instead of judging things the old way. This is how we can lay the ego aside and allow Divine Light into more situations of daily life. We move beyond the old limiting idea of separation; we no longer see others as separate, because we know we are all from the same Divine Source.

Yes, this is only the beginning of our journey. Deep within your heart, you always felt that there is more to discover about this life you are living, than what you see with your physical eyes. And you were right: it is about the Soul and our Divine Source, our Divine Oneness with God. We are all learning to move from human consciousness back home into divine consciousness. 

You are a beautiful Divine Being of Love and Light, right here, right now, in this now-moment.

Healing your inner child together with the Angels

Note: that "inner child" can also be a younger version of you, when you were 20 years or 30 years old. You can apply this for any situations of your past.

This message is for all those who did not have a mother or a father, or who lost their parents when young. This is a way how you can heal yourself, and heal painful memories from the past. 
Mother Mary, Archangel Raphael and the healing Angels are offering you their healing love and support in this message.
 
Beloved One,
If as a child, you did not have the comfort and the love of a mother or a father, let us share this healing message with you today.
Growing up without a loving mother, or a loving father, can leave many feelings of abandonment, rejection, unworthiness and loneliness in the heart of the young child. All these experiences often lead a child to believe that it is not lovable. Maybe later in life, this is why you had that low self-esteem and little self-confidence. You can change this today.

Whatever the reasons were that your mother or father left your family, or could not give you the love you needed, they have nothing to do with you, really not. If you did believe that, you can now lay aside all those old beliefs. You sure did not do anything wrong. You now have the possibility and power to heal your inner child; it just takes a little time and willingness.

During your meditation, we can help you to meet your inner child within your heart. It is always there with you. Imagine a beautiful room within your heart, where you meet with your inner child. All your inner child needs is you, your loving presence and compassion. Your inner child probably needs comforting words. As you are holding your inner child in your arms, make him feel safe and loved. Imagine you are now holding your inner child in your arms, giving him all the comfort of your love. Whenever you like, together with all the healing Angels, we can support you both. 
 
It helps if you meet and speak more often with your inner child within your heart. Ask him what it needs and what it feels. Listen to his questions, answer them. Say all the healing words to your inner child, everything that helps him to feel better. You know what it is your inner child needs. The right words will make your inner child feel confident and loved. You can speak faith into your inner child, help it feel confident and develop a positive self-image. You can also write him a letter, or offer him a present.

This is how you can heal all those emotional wounds from your childhood, step by step. We are with you, you can always ask the Divine Angels to help you. Repeat these meetings with your inner child (your younger self), until you see that it feels better. You will observe that as soon as your inner child is feeling better, you feel better on the outside too.
 
You can close these meditations with a short prayer.
 
Healing your inner child is a helpful and precious step. You soon observe that there are fewer triggers in your daily life situations.

About Self-Healing

The more we can connect again with our divine Self, our Soul, during meditations and prayers, the more we can activate our natural self-healing energies.

We can do a lot for our own health and our healing, if we are ready to take full responsibility for our own state of being. Yes, this demands discipline, same as for any kind of sport training: those who are committed to their goals will tell you about their daily training practice.

When we first receive a medical diagnosis, we maybe fall into resignation, and maybe we feel powerless during the first days. But the good news is: we can do a lot for our own healing.

Your body listens to you, to your thoughts and everything you belief and feel about yourself to be true. You can always learn how to activate the natural self-healing powers of your body. You can learn how to heal yourself, the more you align with your Higher Divine Self. This is what all spiritual teachings explain.

One key for your self-healing is to really change the way you talk, think and feel about yourself. It is important to change your self-image. Speak about healing, see yourself healthy and surround yourself with people who truly believe in your healing.

The 2nd key is to use and apply the healing powers of prayers. This is well known in all spiritual scriptures all around the world: prayers activate Divine Healing energies.

Healing your inner child is also a well-known spiritual healing technique. If as a young child, you were often in situations where you did not receive the comfort, the love and the support you needed, then you can now heal this: here is a guided meditation for these steps.

Next, you can use different energy healing techniques such as reiki, yoga and qi-gong, or similar techniques to support your own body and balance all your energy fields.

To restore health and maintain true lasting healing demands that one gives up all the old habits that lead to that illness. This not only includes those eating habits, but also what we feed our minds with. You understand that a healthier lifestyle can also support your healing.

The Power of Meditation

Many studies all around the world have proven the healing effects of meditation. Real meditation is not about sitting around for some kind of daydreaming. It is your intention, that matters.
​
Meditation has a higher goal, a sacred goal that some people still ignore: The goal of meditation is the connection between you and your eternal Divine Self, your Soul. It is about your relationship with your own Divine Source, with God.

It is helpful to begin every meditation with a prayer. During meditation, you step into Oneness with your Divine Source. You find alignment with your Divine Self again - and this is what makes meditation so precious.

Prayer is when you speak to God - Meditation is when you listen to God, your Divine Source. You know these words: "Ask (prayer) and you shall receive (meditation)."

No other relationship in your life is more important than the one that you have with yourself ​(your Divine Self) and God. During your meditation, you take care of this unique relationship.

​Meditation is also an act of self-love, because during your time of meditation, you consciously take time for yourself. You then become more mindful and sensitive to your own feelings and thoughts. This is how you get to know yourself better, and this will make you stronger on many levels.

Meditation is about balancing your emotions, it is like an inner cleaning on many levels. ​This gives you new inner strength, peace and clarity for your daily tasks.

Meditation is one of the most precious tools for your own self-healing. Your times of meditation are the times where you find true recovery from all the demands of the outer world. Taking this time for yourself is important for your work-life-balance and your health.

During meditation, you quiet your mind, you become still, you enter your heart and you listen within -- this is when you receive healing light, when you receive answers and new inspiration from your Divine Self.

The practice of meditation is probably the most powerful thing you can do for yourself and for your health. Meditation reduces stress and anxiety, because it brings you back into your own center and helps you to stay grounded.

​With every meditation, you will feel calmer and more harmonious. And you radiate that inner peace into your daily life situations, to people around you.

More important, during your meditation time you connect with a higher level of consciousness: you leave the human consciousness, and you come closer to the Divine Consciousness. This is where the path of awakening and healing is happening.

Real long term healing, holistic healing on all levels of your being, is only and always between
you and your own Divine Source. God is Love, and that Love is part of who you are.

This is what happens during your meditation: you are in a state of open receivership for the love, the light and all the gifts your Divine Source has for you.

About Holistic Healing

Holistic healing is possible when people understand that they are more than just the physical body, and that their thoughts and emotions influence their health. While this may seem nothing new to many, we still can see people holding on to their past, refusing to forgive and let go.

For example, holding on to anger is not good for the health of your liver. Repressed grief can weaken the lungs, and certain fears are not good for your stomach. 

This is why sooner or later, we all have to deal with those repressed emotions. This is an important part of the healing process - which will allow you to connect again with your true Self, your divine Soul.​..

Please remember that you are a lot more than your physical body. Not only you have a Soul, actually you are that Soul. You are a divine being of love and light, a wonderful Soul. Your true goal is to become aware of your divine Soul and your Oneness with Divine Source. Allow yourself to remember more of that eternal divine part of who you really are, that beautiful Soul. ​The more you find your inner alignment with your own Soul, the better you feel, the more peaceful you become. You become whole again through this. This is what you are longing and looking for: your Oneness with your Divine Soul, because this divine Love is your natural state of being. 

Please understand: You always must work together with your doctors, medical centers and your medical specialists first. That one is on the spiritual path always includes to continue seeing your doctors and work together with them, including all medical therapy sessions. 

The spiritual path and all the spiritual healing techniques mentioned in this website are always understood as a completion to the medical support from medical doctors and certified therapists.

They both complete each other on the path of holistic healing and recovery. The spiritual teachings you can learn are helpful, when you experience difficult times: this gives you inner strength, inner peace and emotional relief. The healing power of prayers and meditations are well known to support all kind of healing processes, emotional and physical.

It is known that people with health issues who are in the phase of emotional resistance, they often repress old emotions. They are dealing with energetic blockages that can hinder physical healing and make it all more difficult.

Daily prayers, the practice of spiritual devotion and forgiveness, and the practice of meditations are all known as helpful tools to overcome that emotional resistance. All of this helps to release those old blockages, which then makes healing a lot easier, on all levels.

Serious, I always recommend working together with your medical doctors and all your medical certified therapists. This is what I did and continue to do. The spiritual path is a precious completion to the medical support from all doctors.

This book is very helpful and it gives you a deeper understanding of the spiritual path.

The Power of Prayers

Yes, I have had times in my life when I did not pray.... But then, there are certain situations in life, when we need a miracle. And it was one of those days, when I bought a new Holy Bible. And I read more Christian books about prayers and similar books. I felt new hope within my heart and I prayed for divine guidance every day. My relationship with God and the Divine Realms became stronger every week. I felt more and more inner peace. As I changed on the inside, my life also changed on the outside. And later, I was led to the doctors who made the right diagnosis and helped me to recover more and more.

Let me encourage you: prayers do work. The Divine Realms really hear your prayers and their answers to your prayers come to you. Never stop praying. The moment you speak a prayer, in the same moment you open doors and channels to the Higher Divine Realms. Your prayers activate divine help and many Angels always come support you.

​Through prayers and meditation, your mind finds an inner place of rest. This feeling of inner peace is what you were longing for.

There are many great and precious books for this. Joel S. Goldsmith explains the principles in a very good and clear way in his book: The Infinite Way.

Also the 2nd book, Living The Infinite Way, teaches more about the power of prayers.

Daily prayers are the best way to strengthen your relationship with your Divine Source. With your prayers, you give thanks to your Divine Source and the Divine Realms. Through your prayers, you receive healing love and divine peace in return, and everything else you may need. Taking the time to connect with your Divine Source is a precious way of showing your appreciation to God and the Divine Realms.

The answers to your prayers may not come the same day, and maybe not in the ways and forms you expected them. And yes, sometimes it demands a little bit more patience before we see an answer manifest. But please never give up, keep your faith, and always continue praying.

Make prayers a daily habit. Prayers strengthen your union with the divine realms. You’ll receive many beautiful divine blessings in return from the Angels. As you take the time for prayers every day, you’ll see how divine synchronicity brings you loving support in all situations. This is when Divine Miracles happen.

Prayers bring you helpful answers and divine guidance for any situations of your life. You activate the divine support into every situation when you speak a prayer for it. This raises the vibrations and solves many problems with greater ease. Prayers help you to transform any conflict and give you the necessary insights you may need.

To pray and ask more often for divine guidance brings you the inner strength to overcome many difficult situations. Prayers open the doors to Divine Consciousness, where you find the wisdom you need.

This is why I encourage you to make prayers your daily source of peace and divine love. Your life soon changes in the most beautiful ways.

Here I share another helpful tools that you can use for your path of recovery:

Beside therapy, meditations and prayers, there are other interesting tools that can help and support you on your path of recovery. Techniques such as hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), shiatsu, acupuncture, pranic-healing and reiki are just some of them.

It is worth trying these techniques, they all can help you raise your vibration and reprogram your mindset.
