When we first receive a medical diagnosis, we maybe fall into resignation, and maybe we feel powerless during the first days. But the good news is: we can do a lot for our own healing.
Your body listens to you, to your thoughts and everything you belief and feel about yourself to be true. You can always learn how to activate the natural self-healing powers of your body. You can learn how to heal yourself, the more you align with your Higher Divine Self. This is what all spiritual teachings explain.
One key for your self-healing is to really change the way you talk, think and feel about yourself. It is important to change your self-image. Speak about healing, see yourself healthy and surround yourself with people who truly believe in your healing.
The 2nd key is to use and apply the healing powers of prayers. This is well known in all spiritual scriptures all around the world: prayers activate Divine Healing energies.
Healing your inner child is also a well-known spiritual healing technique. If as a young child, you were often in situations where you did not receive the comfort, the love and the support you needed, then you can now heal this: here is a guided meditation for these steps.
