Inner healing and spiritual consciousness

3/5/2017

This message is for all people who have experienced a difficult childhood, maybe were in foster care, or had to deal with other challenges as a child. It is for all those who did not receive the support, the love, the comfort and the security from a normal family. This message is also for those who have experienced bullying or other forms of humiliation.

Somehow, the way our own life looks like is a reflection of what we believe is possible for us (to have, to do). To a certain degree, it mirrors our own inner beliefs: how we think and feel about ourselves, about the world around us; and what is possible, or what is not possible for us. Those beliefs are the result of what we've learned and experienced as children, and during the years when we were younger.

In the beginning, the way we see ourselves is similar to how people around us have talked to us and treated us as a young child. It is the result of the feedbacks people gave us about us when we were young. Unfortunately, not all of us have received uplifting feedbacks filled with love, confidence and encouragements. That is why later in life, some people feel more insecure and unworthy, especially when there were no parents giving that stable ground for a healthy personal development.

If a child grew up in an environment where people had narcissistic personality disorders, alcohol issues or similar things, it maybe never received the support and love it needed. A child who did not receive the love and the security it needed, will probably develop some kind of negative self-images and struggles with self-worth, more than others.

The good news is: it is possible to change this type of conditioning and you can actually learn how to "reprogram" yourself. You can learn to feel good about yourself. It is possible - if you are ready to work on it consciously and to practice it. Read the other blog message I wrote "Healing the inner child" and work with that technique too. Because: this is what you truly deserve. You become emotionally balanced when you learn to love and nurture yourself. Otherwise you will always depend on others and not be fully free.

Please know that whatever it is you did not receive as a young child, you can now learn to give this to yourself. You can now repair and heal all these wounds. You can now reprogram your consciousness and become whole and strong. This helps you to become emotionally free, more mature and centered.

You have within yourself wonderful potentials and gifts that are unique to you. You can now learn to give yourself all the love that you need. Then, all your potentials, talents and gifts can prosper and expand. You can learn to treat yourself with love and kindness. This is how you develop a healthy and balanced self-esteem. In the inner alignment with your own Divine Self, your Soul, you find this love.

You can now begin to think and feel good about yourself, even if in the past you have been criticized or rejected by some people. One of the most important things for your life is that you develop a good and positive self-image. If you think good about yourself, that is the signal that you are sending out. That is what people will see and feel when they meet you. They will then treat you with more respect and kindness too, because they can feel that is how you feel and think about yourself. Having a good relationship with yourself is one of the keys for good relationships with others.

You are more than just the human being you see in the mirror. You have a Divine Part, a Soul. Nobody told you that this Divine Part of you is also who You are. Your Soul is eternal and divine. And the more you connect again with your Soul, the more you will heal, and the better you feel. To do daily meditations is helping you with this.

Know that your own Soul is able to guide you and to help you in your daily life. You can begin today to connect with it, by sitting in stillness and meditate for 15 minutes. You can begin to listen to your heart, to your own inner divine guidance. The more you become aware of your Soul, the better your self-image is. When you sit in stillness, in meditation with your Soul, you will no longer feel unworthy or unlovable. You will discover that love is part of the essence of your Soul, of who you are.

Your health gets better when you meditate, because your body has its own self-healing powers and is listening to your Higher Divine Self. Your Soul is part of the Divine Intelligence and Divine Consciousness, it can guide you in your daily life.

You are from the one Divine Source and every human being is part of that same Divine Source. You can be conscious about your own Divinity more and more and that will help you raise your self-esteem. The power to heal yourself, to change how you feel, is within you. Your Higher Divine Self, your Soul, is also who YOU are.

Everybody has the same access to that Divine Love and Light within themselves.
Maybe you were taught that love only comes from people around you, and so you felt often hurt and disappointed. Know that your own Soul is always filled with Love and Light. The essence of the Soul is Divine Love, and you can feel that love in every moment. Therefore, you are your own Source of Love, Light and Consciousness too. It is there, within your heart, always available to you.

Feel free to write me if you wish some help (online coachings via skype) for this.

Divine Blessings and Light to you,

Jeanne A.
