We begin with a personal video call to discuss your current situation and set a clear intention for the work. - The Transmission; Rest & Receive:
Once our intention is set, we will end the video call so you can lie down in the comfort of your own space. It is best to fully rest your physical body as you receive the 45-minute healing Light Transmission. Please ensure your phone is turned off and your room is free from disturbances during this time. You may listen to calm, meditative music if you wish. To support the flow of energy, it is also recommended to avoid heavy meals immediately before and after our session. - The Integration:
After the transmission, your field requires stillness. I recommend engaging only in calm, light activities for the remainder of the day, as the energies need time to fully integrate into your system.
