It rarely pauses. It rarely allows us to feel complete. And slowly, almost silently, it makes us feel as though who we are and what we do is not enough.

From a very young age, and in almost every area of life, we are bombarded with this pressure every single day. The subliminal message we keep receiving is simple and exhausting:
What you are doing is not good enough yet.

If we are constantly told that we need to optimize everything about ourselves and our lives, how can we ever feel at peace, content, worthy, or good enough?

This optimization fever leaves many people with the constant feeling that who they are, and the life they are living, are still not good enough. There is little space for relief, little time to simply sit back, enjoy the moment, and feel quietly content with things as they are.

Dictated by algorithms, performance tests, and the newest trends in every field of daily life, private or professional, we have fallen into this fever of optimization in one way or another. Comparing ourselves has become so automatic that we forgot to step back and ask: Wait a minute. What is really going on here? What are they suggesting?

And to make it worse, this pressure of constant optimization is now everywhere. That is what creates the exhausting feeling: “I am never good enough.” It turns into a deeper and stronger pain. It slowly destroys our joy of life. It is exhausting. It quietly eats away at our sense of self-worth.

The optimization fever is everywhere: at our workplaces and in business, in our fitness routines, in our family and love relationships, in beauty and our self-image, in the many fields of psychology, across social media; and even in spirituality.

But who says that everything always needs to be optimized, adjusted, and improved again and again? Let us take a deep breath right here, right now. Let us pause. Step back. And slowly look at all areas of our life, one by one.

Because this optimization fever has done something even more serious: we are no longer truly satisfied with who we are, with what we have, or with the life we are living.

It has turned daily life into a quiet competition. It is now an endless improvement contest. If you observe this carefully, you will see it too: this optimization culture burns people out.

In some areas of life, especially at work, many of us have already become like hamsters running in a wheel, no longer able to stop and breathe.

Burnout happens when the constant pressure to optimize becomes toxic. Because it is daily, relentless, and leaves no space for true rest and recovery.

Yes, there are good sides to growth. Some improvements are healthy. Some changes are necessary and make sense. That is all good, as long as growth happens without pressure.

Because real growth also needs rest. Growth needs time to land and become stable.
And to breathe, to enjoy the moment, and to feel genuinely happy, we all need periods of no change.

What you have done in the last weeks, months, and year is more than enough. Nothing about you or your life needs to be optimized again.
You are allowed to rest. You are allowed to pause.
You are allowed to be enough, exactly as you are.

If you constantly feel tired, exhausted and at the limit of burnout, this article here is for you. Let me assure you: you can still leave this train and save your mental health and happiness.

We do not have to participate in this optimization fever. Things are good just the way they are. We are good enough just the way we are.

Nothing needs to be optimized all the time. If we surround ourselves and our lives with a little more love instead, and simply do what makes our hearts happy, so much of that pressure begins to fall away.

We can enjoy ourselves, our loved ones, and our lives just as they are.

Life is beautiful exactly as it is.
With love,
Jeanne
💗

If you still feel burdened by anything in your life, feel free to reach out.
We can meet for a video call anytime.

Walking the Spiritual Path Honestly: A Gentle Look at Healing and Modern Marketing

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/marketing

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/marketing#comments

Healing & Marketing

In recent years, the book market has sadly been flooded with shallow, AI-generated titles, so many that publishers now feel overwhelmed and have had to create special filters just to manage the influx. I personally know wonderful, honest authors who are facing real difficulties getting their heartfelt new books published.
The unfiltered message of the book market has shifted toward this over the last two years: If you refuse to write fake testimonials, will not pay for artificial cliques and likes, and choose not to chase grueling group events or make hyped, overblown promises of transformation, then the path to a bestseller label or those shiny, eye-catching ads simply closes.

The reality is no different for any of us when it comes to our own websites. To satisfy the algorithms across social media platforms, we are often led to create a form of entertainment. For material products, this marketing approach may be acceptable. However, for those facing difficult personal situations, it can become a distraction rather than a way to help them change their lives for the better.

The reality is that we have little choice left if we want to remain visible to the clients who need us. With the constant changes of the newest algorithms, reaching them has become much more difficult for everybody over the last few years.

Working in the field of spiritual healing, one needs to be sensitive with social media marketing. Making a profile shine with carefully curated elements such as reviews that appear overnight, testimonials shared among networks, impressive looking numbers of likes and followers can all be arranged with money in just a few short days. Much like traditional advertising on TV once did, visibility today tends to flow toward those who invest the most in promotion. With enough support from ads and boosted reach, it becomes easy for anyone to present themselves as a kind of superstar. In the end, it is often only hyped marketing and money at work.

But none of these hyped promises are truly helping the clients who need real solace, steady presence, and sincere support. In these advertising strategies, something precious is sacrificed. On the spiritual path especially, what people truly need is the opportunity to talk with a real human being who listens with care, integrity, loving compassion, and authentic heart presence.

Real and lasting healing means taking the time to address the wounds at their roots. This requires patience, gentle persistence, and special, mindful care.

The journey of spiritual awakening and healing has no single “magic formula.” That is because your Soul’s path and karma are yours alone, as are the life experiences that have brought you to this moment. Trying to apply a standard template or a quick fix often leads to feeling overwhelmed or overlooked. This is why many people discover that books and group events do not quite offer the deep, lasting relief they are longing for.

This kind of genuine connection cannot be manufactured or rushed. It grows slowly, in quiet moments of being truly seen and held without judgment or agenda. Clients often arrive carrying heavy burdens, unspoken sorrows, or a deep longing for meaning, and what soothes the soul most is not grand claims or quick fixes, but someone who can sit with them exactly as they are, offering steady, warm attention and the gentle reminder that they are not alone in their search.

When we choose honesty over hype, we honor the sacredness of each person's inner journey. We create space where vulnerability feels safe, where questions can unfold naturally, and where healing begins not from flashy techniques but from the simple, powerful act of being fully present together. This is the quiet medicine the heart recognizes and returns to again and again.

This is why I chose to create this website instead of pursuing a traditional book publication. I do not follow the hype-driven marketing practices that dominate so much of today’s landscape, nor do I offer shallow quick-fixes, because they never bring lasting change.

The services I share through my websites are rooted entirely in lived experience, my own and those of the people I have walked alongside over many years. My personal path of healing, with all its quiet steps, setbacks, and gentle breakthroughs, stands as living proof that these approaches truly work when approached with patience, presence, and sincerity.

What I offer is not a formula to be rushed through or a promise of instant enlightenment. It is an invitation to walk slowly and honestly with whatever is present in your heart right now. The reflections, texts, and one-on-one guidance grow from real moments of being human together: listening without hurry, holding space without agenda, and allowing transformation to unfold in its own natural rhythm.

Many people arrive feeling weary from polished promises that left them emptier than before. Here, the focus remains simple and steady: authentic connection, compassionate witnessing, and the quiet strength that comes from being met exactly where you are.

In choosing this path over the louder, faster routes, I create something enduring: a gentle corner of the internet where integrity matters more than impressions, where depth is valued over dazzle, and where your Soul’s unfolding is honored above any timeline or trend.

If you feel drawn to this quieter way, know that you are welcome here, just as you are.

With Love and Light,
Jeanne

Contact here

Our Life’s Purpose and Meaning

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/ourlife

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/ourlife#comments

Our Life’s Purpose

Remembering our true reason for being here Today, let us pause, share a gentle cup of tea, and reflect together on that timeless question: what is the meaning of our life, and why are we here?Yes, there is a reason why we are here, why we are all here. We carry a purpose in this life, a quiet calling to fulfill, and it may be more beautiful and more meaningful than some dare to imagine.

I was somehow faced with the question of the meaning of my life because of chronic health issues, as I have written in my older blog posts. Living in a society where most people judge others only by their professional achievements, my health issues led to one failure after another, and too often I was judged by others, and with every setback I felt more like a complete failure.

Like many others, I longed for a sense of direction, I wanted to give my life at least a little meaning. In tears and despair, sitting on my couch one evening, I found myself wondering, why am I even here, what is the purpose of my life?
Dealing with chronic health issues, I asked in meditation, if pursuing a career is not possible for me, then tell me, what am I supposed to do with my life? The Divine The Universe has sent me answers through books about the ancient spiritual teachings from great teachers around the world.

Reading those books gave me new hope, and over time I began to put the pieces of the puzzle together. Of course, my ego struggled with the fact that I could not build a great career or gather professional success to show off. But when you live through certain hardships and face chronic health issues, sooner or later you learn, somehow, to set your ego aside.

As I gradually let go of my own limiting ideas about what should and must be the meaning and purpose of my life, a new world opened before me. I discovered that my true task, the real work to do, was not about outer success but about spiritual cultivation and walking the path of the Soul.

It may sound simple, and I may not find the perfect words here, but of course the human ego is not very interested in anything it cannot use to show off or to gain other people’s praise and good reputation. The ego longs for fame, material success, recognition, and attention.
So whenever I tried to focus on those spiritual teachings, especially in the beginning, my own ego would rebel and resist. It would argue with thoughts like, how does this help to pay the bills? and many other materialistic reasonings.

While walking and living the spiritual path, we are always called to do our best. We strive to live a responsible, honest, and respectful life. We bring integrity into our daily tasks, into our work, into our communities, and into the society we are part of. All of this is both precious and essential.

The practices, techniques, and teachings we discover on the spiritual path then become our stable ground, our source of strength, the place where we can recharge our energy, our mind, and our heart. These inner resources make daily life lighter to carry, and they bring balance and a deeper sense of contentment to our being.

The more I learned and practiced the spiritual teachings and the steps of meditation, the more I began to feel an inner peace I had never imagined possible. With every step along this path, I discovered healing for old burdens and long-carried wounds. And so, I continued to study, to read, and to practice with devotion.

Not only did I receive inner healing, but my body and health also improved greatly, and for the past few years I have not needed any kind of medicine.

The teachings of forgiveness, letting go, and acceptance slowly unfolded within me as a deep sense of relief that touched my whole being. Connecting with Divine Oneness became my daily practice, and the cultivation described in the teachings of the spiritual path gently transformed my heart, deepened my understanding, and revealed to me the true meaning of my life.

Real and lasting inner peace is found the more we are able to let go. The true goal of our journey in this life is to reestablish a profound alignment with our Divine Self and our Divine Source. This awakening is one of the key purposes of our lifetime.

We are here for our higher Divine Self, that eternal part of us that has traveled through many lifetimes, gathering spiritual wisdom within Divine Consciousness along the way. This is our real task, the sacred work entrusted to us.

The many desires of our ego often create stress. We feel pressured while trying to achieve them, we struggle to hold on to them once we have them, and then we worry about losing them again. It becomes a circle of suffering that repeats itself in so many ways. Yet, we can see with time that the things our ego longs for are rarely lasting, and often bring only temporary satisfaction.

The belief that we will feel happier or more complete by fulfilling every desire is, in truth, a tender illusion. It is not a failure of ours, but simply the way the ego tries to protect us and to fill an inner void. But that void cannot be healed by what is fleeting in the material world. It can only be met by turning inward, toward something deeper and eternal, where real peace and lasting fulfillment are found.

The only treasures that truly serve us beyond this lifetime are the spiritual treasures we cultivate here and now. These are the gifts that remain with us forever.
The spiritual wisdom and divine consciousness we gather in this life are the richest treasures we can hold, for they illuminate our Soul’s path far beyond this world.

The real meaning of our life, as well as lasting peace, can only be found on the spiritual level, in oneness with our Soul. Here we discover true peace of mind and the embrace of unconditional love. It is within this sacred space that the cravings and the struggles of the ego gently come to rest.

I can only speak from my own experience, yet all the books I have studied and all the teachers I have met confirm the same truth: this path heals us on every level of our being. It fills the mind with peace and the heart with love, because it nourishes the Soul.

There is no final “right or wrong” on this journey, for it is guided by the higher Divine Spirit. It is not a path we can study or fully grasp with the human intellect, but one we can only walk with an open heart, and learn through direct personal experience with our Soul.

If you have questions about this path, I would be happy to meet you in a video call and share about your experiences. It is always a joy to connect with like-minded Souls.

May your heart find peace, your Soul feel nourished, and your path be lit with gentle light.

With love, Jeanne
💗

If these words resonated with you and you’d like a safe space to reflect together, you’re warmly welcome to reach out.
🌿 Book a meeting

The Soul’s Journey Through Time and Cultures

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/reincarnations

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/reincarnations#comments

The Soul’s Journey

When we speak of reincarnation, we open our hearts to the possibility that each of us has lived many lives: perhaps as part of different cultures, on distant continents, across the vast tapestry of human history. The soul, ever evolving, seeks experience in all its diversity, not for novelty, but for growth, healing, and deeper understanding.

When we feel a strong connection to a place we’ve never been, or a culture we don’t “belong” to in this lifetime, it may not be coincidence. It may be memory. It may be soul recognition.

In my own life, I’ve always felt a mysterious pull toward exploring other lands. My earliest travels took me to the beauty and depth of Asia, where I journeyed through three remarkable countries. Later, I found myself drawn to the expansive landscapes of the United States, and of course, I spent time exploring the rich mosaic of Europe. Traveling for me was never just sightseeing—it was something deeper, almost like remembering. As if, in each place, some part of me was coming home.

From early on, I felt a deep resonance with teachings similar to those of Jainism: principles of non-violence, ethical living, and the sacred work of purifying the soul. These ideals seemed less like something I was learning and more like something I was remembering - echoes from a life once lived, perhaps many times over.

Across spiritual traditions, we find the recurring theme that the soul returns to Earth again and again, each time in a new form, a new setting. This belief isn’t bound by any single culture: it appears in ancient Indian philosophy, in the spiritual teachings of Asia, including Taoism and Buddhism, in Indigenous wisdom, in mystical strands of Christianity, and even in modern metaphysical teachings. The soul does not return again and again to the same place, the same culture, or the same country - it seeks growth through the richness of many lands and lives.

Why would a soul choose such a journey? Because growth comes through contrast. By living in varying races, social classes, and cultural frameworks, the soul cultivates empathy, compassion, strength, and wisdom. These diverse human experiences are the soul’s classroom, where it learns to love more deeply, to forgive more fully, to see with greater clarity.

Many traditions around the world teach that we choose our incarnations with intention. The challenges we face are not punishments but invitations - to resolve old karma, to master new virtues, and to walk ever closer to our highest truth. Each life is a sacred opportunity to experience the full spectrum of what it means to be human, and to bring more light into the world.

The journey of reincarnation is, ultimately, a journey back to wholeness. Through every lifetime, every lesson, every land: our souls are remembering who we truly are: eternal, divine, and endlessly evolving.

Perhaps we have known each other in lifetimes past: maybe as family, friends, or kindred souls sharing the same village, walking side by side and helping one another - and maybe that’s why, in this life, I already feel a deep affection for you.

In kindness and connection, Jeanne
💗

If these words resonated with you and you’d like a safe space to reflect together, you’re warmly welcome to reach out.
🌿 Book a meeting

The Real Access Codes to Higher Dimensions

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/higherdimensions

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/higherdimensions#comments

Into Higher Dimensions

💗 Many teachers explore the ascension process, spiritual enlightenment, awakening, and the higher dimensions. Nowadays, words like vibrations, energies, frequencies, and higher dimensions are often used as marketing tools. Yet, the teachings behind them remain deeply valuable and insightful. What’s truly beautiful is that much of this knowledge is now widely accessible, often for free, allowing people all over the world to benefit from it.

But if all this valuable information is available, why haven’t more people already reached enlightenment, awakening, or ascension? The answer lies in several missing links. Many teachers freely use terms like the 5th dimension, ascension, vibrations, awakening, and enlightenment - but only a few guide students through the deeper practices that require genuinely setting the ego aside. Why is that? Because such teachings don’t sell books, seminars, or retreats. Most people are drawn to instant gratification: quick fixes and shortcuts that promise to “make them feel better now.”

Teaching people to set their egos aside rarely brings financial reward. When we first hear that we must release the desires of the ego, our natural reaction is often to flee. Similarly, explaining that forgiveness is the true key to advancing on the spiritual path rarely sells books or seminars; because few are genuinely ready to let go of old grudges and resentment. I know this from experience: I was one of them, running away from the first three teachers who asked me to do exactly that.

This is precisely the point where many leave the spiritual path, because it is the moment when the ego resists our spiritual work the most. When the ego must release the false roles it has played and let go of the cherished labels it used for self-identification, the resistance can become intense. Since the higher dimensions do not resonate with the lower frequencies of our worldly ego, we must set it aside to move upward.

We all long for enlightenment, for travel to higher dimensions of light, for freedom, and for awakening. It sounds incredible in theory - doesn’t it? Yet while many are familiar with the concepts, strategies, and even the countless fancy seven-step programs, putting them into real-life practice is another story entirely. Moving from theory to lived experience requires genuine devotion, selflessness, and consistent daily discipline.

So what is missing?
Why aren’t more people truly living these teachings, experiencing the happiness promised in their ads? One crucial reason is that no one can ascend to the higher dimensions of light while still carrying negative emotions in their hearts. Bitterness, resentment, selfishness, greed, lies, anger, and all the other heavy energies simply cannot pass through the doors of the higher realms.

This is why every ancient spiritual tradition around the world stresses the importance of forgiveness. Yes, I know, this can feel incredibly frustrating. Yet no matter how much we resist, if we are serious about progressing on this path, we will eventually have to practice it.

Raising our vibration may sound appealing in words, but the truth rarely attracts large audiences. As soon as a teacher begins to explain these principles, many students start to drift away. Why? Because this work asks us to face everything that keeps our vibrations low: clearing out the hidden, painful emotions we have buried deep within the recesses of our subconscious. This is serious, demanding work that cannot be done half-heartedly, which is why many give up at this stage.

The higher dimensions of Divine Love and Oneness respond to the intentions of our hearts. Even though true inner work demands dedication, the healing and spiritual treasures it brings make every effort more than worthwhile. As a beautiful and unique Soul, everything you create and share is always infused with the singular love and energy of your heart.

Reading translated books showed me that the energy and level of consciousness shift completely. In contrast, reading the original in English, French, or German brings an entirely different feeling, a different energy, a different level of consciousness.

Whether a book or a movie is translated by AI software or by a human being, it simply does NOT have the same energy, the same feelings, nor the same vibrations: because it does not arise from the original creator’s consciousness and heart.
That’s why I stopped reading translated books. I now watch films in their original languages, reading subtitles, when necessary, because hearing the actors’ true voices offers a completely different, richer experience: one that lifts the movie to another level.

This is because the unique energy and consciousness of our souls, infused in our original creations, lives forever, capturing a love that transcends time and is felt by others in their very hearts.

People can clearly feel when something is only an empty copy: the odd vibrations it carries, the lack of honesty, and the strange energy and lack of alignment between the lines. The whole feeling of that object is empty; it lacks passion, consciousness, and love. People won’t appreciate it, and its dishonest sellers will surely shoulder their own bad karma under Universal Law.

It’s the same in everyday life: you can always sense whether there is true love, honesty, and authenticity in what you read, receive, or hold in your hands. Real love can never be imitated - you know immediately if it’s fake, copied, or inauthentic.

So, dear writers (and creators of art and music), rest assured: your original works always carry YOUR energy, YOUR feelings, YOUR love, YOUR light, and YOUR consciousness - and these energies can never be copied.
Because you, as a beautiful Soul, are unique, everything you create and share carries the unique love of your heart.

With Love and Light, Jeanne
💗

If these words resonated with you and you’d like a quiet space to reflect together, you’re warmly welcome to reach out.
🌿 Book a meeting

Do you remember now ?

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/poem

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/poem#comments

Do you remember?

When I look at you,I see the beauty of your Soul,I see that light in your heart,I see the love behind your eyes. But I also see some sorrows and grief,Because you forgot - Because we all have forgotten. You are a beautiful, old, and wise Soul. You were here before, and you came back. Here and now, let us help each other rememberour true divine Self, our eternal divine Being, our one Divine Source, where we all came from. Therefore, beyond physical appearances,we are all equal, divine in essence, [...]

When I look at you,
I see the beauty of your Soul,
I see that light in your heart,
I see the love behind your eyes.

But I also see some sorrows and grief,
Because you forgot -
Because we all have forgotten.

You are a beautiful, old, and wise Soul.
You were here before, and you came back.

Here and now, let us help each other remember
our true divine Self, our eternal divine Being,
our one Divine Source, where we all came from.

Therefore, beyond physical appearances,
we are all equal, divine in essence, and pure love.

If only you could remember a little bit more,
your pain would find relief,
and your heart would find peace.

Because I see the real you,
I can only love you.
💗

With Love, Jeanne
💗

The Day I Decided to Be Happy

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/behappy

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/behappy#comments

Decided to be happy

How to Truly Own Your LifeThe world around us too often tells us that we are only good enough if we have achieved certain things in life. But those are just old, limiting beliefs passed down from generation to generation, placing endless pressure on people to perform.

These beliefs claim that a person is only worthy and good enough if they fulfill a certain list of expectations. And so, people continue to live according to that list, not realizing how much it keeps them unhappy, trapped in a hamster wheel of exhausting performance. Yes, I was caught in that hamster wheel myself, and from a very young age, it made me feel deeply inadequate:

Nothing in my childhood was what you would call normal. There was hurt, there were painful experiences, there were adults who struggled with alcohol, and there were foster homes that felt cold and unwelcoming. I had to grow up long before others. I often felt like a little dog left behind in a shelter, and a sense of positive self-worth was something nobody ever gave me.

Like many others who have grown up in such circumstances, I spent years struggling, feeling unworthy, not lovable, carrying panic attacks and deep fears of abandonment. Naturally, I also built high walls around myself, because no one wants to be hurt again.

On top of this, I struggled for years without knowing that I had AuDHD, which gave even more reasons for others to judge and criticize me. When I was young there was no internet, so the local library became my safe haven. There I read shelf after shelf of books, searching for little pieces of comfort in a world that had told me I was not worthy and not lovable. Of course, I struggled with building healthy relationships, and keeping a job often felt like mission impossible. When I finally received the right diagnosis, I felt a sense of relief, yet it did not make it easier to find a new job.

During the pandemic and lockdown, I was one of those who felt some relief, because as an introvert, staying at home gave me more time to rest, and for a while that felt good. But loneliness can be painful, and many men are not open to being with a woman who has no career to show off and who carries health challenges. So there I was, sitting on my couch and reflecting on my life. No career, no children, no family, no partner, nothing I could be proud of, no visible achievements. I felt like a failure in a new version of myself, a failure 2.0.

The only thing I truly had was my blog website. Yet when you are an introvert with AuDHD, marketing is not your strength, it is one of your greatest fears....

You know those moments when we become our own greatest critics? Sitting there and looking at my life, I found myself tempted to ask myself, “What is wrong with me? What did I do wrong?” Those moments can stir up frightening thoughts. I was swimming in self-doubt, because I had not reached the same milestones that many people around me seemed to have in their lives.

But then I began to see it in another way. Having a family can also be a heavy burden, with many expectations and judgments placed on you again and again. A big career is not a guarantee for happiness, it often only makes life busier and more demanding. Raising children can be exhausting and deeply challenging in countless ways. And married people or couples are not necessarily happier than singles, otherwise they would not separate a few years later.

The more I thought about it, the more I realized that none of these achievements would truly make me happier. Some of them might even leave me feeling more exhausted, or perhaps even more disappointed. The grass really isn’t greener on the other sides of all these gardens.

Careful, here is the hidden key: the very belief that any of these goals would make us better people can keep us caught in a circle of suffering.

If our happiness and sense of worth depend on outer circumstances, life can feel like an exhausting, never-ending chase. We may find ourselves endlessly striving, forgetting that true peace and our worth as human beings come from within.

Because true happiness begins within our own hearts. It is a feeling we can choose, just as we can choose to focus on the good things we already have in life, instead of dwelling on what is missing. Remember, you want to step out of that hamster wheel. Yes, today is the day you can set aside that list that tells you how you must perform in life.

Realizing that we can feel happy with less, and that our happiness does not depend on outer circumstances, is the first step toward freedom. When people define themselves solely by their titles, achievements, or performance, it can become a constant source of stress. It is important to gently let go of this limiting belief. You are worthy, lovable, and a remarkable human being, just as you are.

Consciously choosing what we focus on helps us to truly own our lives and stand firmly in our own ground. Focusing on the good things we already have helps us to feel appreciation and contentment. From there, we naturally feel happier. This allows us to be fully present, experiencing a deep, radical inner peace with ourselves.

This is how I finally reached that inner state of acceptance—accepting that my life is what it is in this moment. Acceptance is letting go, and this brings a quiet inner relief that gently turns into a feeling of peace and contentment. From this place of inner calm, I can feel happiness in the present moment. I am grateful for the peace and harmony in my life, and grateful that from this place forward, more beautiful things can enter my life, and that I can create new, joyful experiences for myself every day.

If you ever need clarity for a specific situation, feel free to reach out. Some of them may truly support the body, yet I feel that the most powerful way to care for ourselves is through a simple, healthy lifestyle. I am a vegetarian, I do not smoke, I never drink alcohol, and I believe that hatha yoga helps keep our organs vibrant and healthy.

But all those things work on the physical level, while only a few speak about the other half of what truly keeps us young. A healthy body is only fifty percent of the work needed for real longevity. A healthy body is good, but if the heart and soul are unhappy and lack love, this affects the body’s health. And there is much more to this than just superficial psychology.

There was a documentary about a gentleman who traveled the world to meet the oldest people in different countries, asking them what their keys to a long life were. These seniors all had one thing in common: they not only had faith in the god of their culture, but they also truly felt, with all their heart, a deep connection to a higher divine source. That feeling made all the difference and shaped their lives, because they felt real peace in their hearts and love in their souls.

Many scientific studies around the world have shown that the regular practice of meditation changes the brain’s chemistry and the nervous system in many positive ways. Other studies have also revealed that people who truly practice and believe in a divine source with all their heart recover better and faster from serious illnesses and trauma than non-believers. A real, loving relationship with our Divine Source is what creates holistic healing.

Many people say, in words, that they believe in God, but they do not truly feel it in their hearts. The number of people who genuinely live and practice that love, devotion, trust, and true connection with their Divine Source is much smaller. This is exactly what makes all the difference — the practice of that Divine Oneness is what truly activates the healing power of Divine Love.

In his work, David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D. (1927–2012) experienced and demonstrated the healing power of this true inner connection, just as many other great teachers and their students have also experienced it.

These same keys to longevity are taught in the ancient wisdom of Taoism. Without sincere spiritual practice, devotion, and inner cultivation — without that heartfelt relationship and love for our Divine Source — there can be no true inner peace, no lasting healing, and therefore no real longevity.

Health and longevity are not possible if one is holding on to resentment, bitterness, grudges, and other repressed negative emotions. But a heart filled with peace, love, and compassion will create a healthy body.

If our goal is rejuvenation, we must first care for the health of our Soul as much as we care for our physical bodies. Similarly, seeking love in other people while neglecting the most important relationship with our Divine Source will lead to repeated struggles. Meditation truly is the key here.

Healing and love come from our relationship with our Divine Source. Healing through that Divine Love nourishes the Soul, the heart, and the body. Only then can we experience peace and true longevity.

For more information, feel free to contact me through my website.

With Love, Jeanne
💗

If these words resonated with you and you’d like a quiet space to reflect together, you’re warmly welcome to reach out.
🌿 Book a meeting

That Happy Hermit We Sometimes Envy

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/treasures

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/treasures#comments

Treasures on the Path

A Treasure from the DivineWe find in the books of history, in every country, stories of hermits who went to live in the mountains. On all continents, there are tales of the wise ones who left their families and their villages, seeking peace and loneliness. I am sure they were introverts, seeking freedom from the pressure of society. Or maybe they were just tired of some dramas — I say this with a gentle smile.

In the past, those who needed to escape their lives for a shorter or longer moment in time could simply leave the village and find a quiet place in nature to rest. Later in history, those who could not leave the village would then use alcohol to escape the pressure of daily burdens. Today, people use other ways to escape their daily life: they use virtual reality worlds.

Did you ever wonder what it is, and why we need those moments of escaping? The thing is, many people are not aware of their own level of constant overwhelming until their body sends them to a doctor. Life has become increasingly demanding, and the permanent expectations from people and society have grown bigger, especially since everybody is available 24/7 with smartphones.

Dreaming about escaping all these demands is maybe simply our healthy survival instinct?

Maybe those hermits were introverts like me. I always loved to read about these hermits, and there are days when I envy them, living in the calm and the peace of nature in the mountains. No obligations, no pressure from the local community. They seem to be so free, simply living in harmony with nature, far away from the many noises of the cities.

Yes, I grew up in the mountains and spent lots of time in nature. But now that small village is no longer a small village, and Instagram tourists have replaced the quiet, peaceful seasons we enjoyed in the past.

I not only envy the hermits living in hidden corners of the mountains somewhere in the Himalayas, I also remember the passion I felt when watching movies with heroes riding through wide open landscapes, meditating in the peace of nature, so serene… then preparing the fish you caught in the river or the lake over a nice fire… watching the stars at night…

As humans, we misunderstand the blessings that loneliness can offer. Yes, we can feel lonely while living in a big city. I lived and worked in big insurance companies in Zurich for several years, and I know that one can feel lonely even with big circles of connections in a city.

But then, there is another form of loneliness: the one that comes together with situations when you lose a job, face health issues, or after a separation. These are the moments when we suddenly start feeling lonely, because the circumstances around us have unexpectedly shifted to a quieter, less busy life.

To not feel that unexpected loneliness, many escape into streaming movies and similar activities. Those are distractions we use to avoid feeling the things we fear to feel, because many unconsciously associate loneliness with a sense of failure. The opposite is true: there is a hidden treasure in times of loneliness that your Soul wants you to understand…

I admit, those kinds of changes can feel scary for our human self. Those who walk the spiritual path know that these changes can also offer a unique chance: these longer periods of loneliness can be arranged for us through a higher, divine guidance — a time for healing, for restoration, and for learning.

And this is why we should not see loneliness as failure, but as an invitation from the higher Self to rest, to process, and to heal. Why? Because too often in life, we do not get enough free time anymore to process all the situations we have experienced. Ask yourself honestly: are you sure, really sure, that you did have a chance to process everything you went through in the last 25 years?

What some people call a burn-out, as one example of many symptoms, is often a clear sign that a person simply did not have enough time — and did not receive the necessary support — to truly process certain events that happened to them.

Those hermits went into nature for different reasons: they all wanted free time to think about their lives, time to process whatever happened in their lives. Yes, certainly, some of them probably wanted to get away from their dysfunctional families. Most of them were certainly not willing to fulfill the many expectations their local communities projected onto them.

But many of the hermits simply felt they wanted some alone time to think in the quiet peace of nature. And isn’t this what we all long for sometimes?

These hermits had two things that most of us in the modern world are now often longing for: stillness and free time. They were not afraid of loneliness, because they knew that alone time is needed to truly find inner calm and connect with the higher Self and the Divine Source. And they knew that inner peace and stillness are necessary to really hear the whispered answers from the Divine Realms.

When outer circumstances change and we find ourselves in times of loneliness, we can see it as a gentle gift the Divine Soul has lovingly arranged for us: a moment of divine protection, a sacred pause to rest deeply, to tenderly process what has happened, and to consciously heal the wounds of the heart.
Loneliness can also be a precious time given to us to explore spiritual teachings, to nourish the soul, and to feel the quiet embrace of the Divine within and around us.

If you find yourself feeling alone and your heart longs for a gentle presence, please feel free to reach out. I am here for you. You are doing great. But deep within your heart, there is this longing for something more.

While you have been looking for this special something over and over again in all the possible corners of this material world and in other people, whatever you found was not it. You found interesting things, but they only gave you temporary satisfaction.

Soon, that secret feeling and longing for more gently kept you looking again... and yes, you are right — that feeling told you that "there is more." Because there really is more.

But this "something more" is beyond what you can see, touch, and buy in this material world. Because it is not in the human realm, it cannot be found here. Some have tried to create substitutes for it, but those were only temporary.

What you are looking and longing for can only be found in the higher levels of your consciousness. In this article, I want to share some personal observations about health and inner healing.

There is psychological health, and there is physical health. But as we all know, the two are deeply connected and influence one another. In Chinese Medicine, for example, we learn that emotional anger can affect the liver, and grief can influence the health of the lungs.

Across many cultures and traditions around the world, it has long been understood that a healthy mind creates a healthy body. Yet today, we often read in the news that more and more people are struggling with mental health challenges.

Here is the thing: while we take showers and put on clean clothes, how often do we sit down and take the time to cleanse our emotions? Knowing that repressed negative emotions and stress inevitably affect our physical health sooner or later, should we not use this understanding as a precious tool to stay healthy?

Instead, many people try to cover their pain — they take tablets, drink, eat, or smoke away their anger and stress. Yet the next day, those feelings return. And people wonder why their health continues to decline year after year.

Oh no, I am not judging anyone here. Truly, I have been there myself. For years, I tried to avoid feeling what I truly felt, and I became quite skilled at repressing my emotions and lying to myself. But then came a visit to the doctor’s office that made everything clear: either I stop running away and face my shadows, or my health will not improve.

When our heart and soul are in need of healing, it often shows through physical symptoms. Yet at that time, I didn’t know how to heal those emotional wounds, nor how to forgive. Despite all my efforts, making peace with certain situations felt like standing before a huge mountain I simply couldn’t climb.

To make things more difficult, the answers I received from so-called coaches sounded like empty marketing slogans, the same phrases you find in countless self-help books. I had reached a point where I needed something real, real guidance, real answers, real healing. And I needed it fast.

My Guardian Angels must have seen my despair, because somehow a senior member of a meditation group on social media reached out to me. He sent me a special message, asking if we could meet in a video call. Somehow, he seemed to know what was happening within me. During our conversation, he invited me to sit with him in silence for meditation, and he gave me the names and titles of certain books to read.

Sitting in silence during meditation, especially when your emotions are overwhelming, can be very challenging. But I followed his guidance and read the books he recommended. Through this process, I was gently guided to an inner place of peace and healing that I had never thought possible.

With every meditation, my emotions began to calm down, and my heart and soul found peace. Yes, even my physical symptoms eased, and my body started to heal. Somehow, I learned to let go, and I was finally able to truly forgive. How? By asking for Divine Guidance, Divine Help, Divine Grace, and Divine Healing. Gradually, lasting peace began to fill my heart more and more.

Back then, I was not really a faithful believer in any particular God, nor was I a member of any church. But in those days, my despair was deep enough to try anything, since all the answers from the physical world had failed to ease my pain. That was when I began to open myself to the Higher Divine Realms — not by going to church or joining a group, but simply by sitting in meditation and asking for Divine Help.

Through this, I discovered that real inner healing comes from the Higher Divine Realms. True and lasting inner peace is given to us when we connect with our Higher Self and our Divine Source.

Looking back now, all the inner changes I experienced still feel like a miracle to me. To feel peace within, no matter what the outer circumstances may be — that is the real peace.

To uplift and support others who are going through difficult times, I have created my website, blog, and podcasts. I have been there more than once, and I know how it feels. By sharing the tools and practices that helped me, I hope to reach those around the world who may not have access to health care services.

This is why I created this nonprofit project on my website — as a space of comfort, guidance, and healing. If you are going through a challenging moment and need someone to talk to, please feel free to reach out through my website.

I am sending you a warm hug, from heart to heart.

With Love and Light,
Jeanne
💗

If these words resonated with you and you’d like a quiet space to reflect together, you’re warmly welcome to reach out.
🌿 Book a meeting

The Hidden Cost of Connection:

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/socialmedia

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/socialmedia#comments

Social Media & Wellbeing

How Social Media's Evolution Is Deepening the Loneliness Crisis💗 Not long ago, social media felt like an open and welcoming space, a place where making new connections happened almost effortlessly. People shared their thoughts, personal stories, creative work, or quiet reflections, and others, whether friends, followers, or strangers who simply felt a spark of recognition, would see them and respond. There was a sense of real visibility, of being heard and acknowledged. When someone posted something heartfelt, it did not disappear into silence. It reached people.

Hashtags were not just technical tools. They were bridges that carried voices beyond immediate circles and helped them find the right ears and hearts. They allowed conversations to form across distances and time zones. A single post could travel far enough to reach someone who truly needed it.

For many people, especially young individuals, introverts, creatives, or anyone who found face to face connection overwhelming, social media offered something deeply meaningful. It became a gentle doorway into belonging. It allowed expression without interruption and connection without pressure. It gave space to explore identity, share vulnerability, and find others who understood similar struggles or dreams.

For some, it was more than entertainment. It was a lifeline. An accessible path to community. A place where feeling unseen in daily life did not automatically mean being invisible everywhere. It provided moments of recognition, reassurance, and shared humanity. And in that way, it offered something profoundly human: the experience of being noticed and understood.

But today, that dynamic feels very different. The sense of openness and natural connection has shifted. Many people now experience social media as a space where visibility is no longer guaranteed, even among their own followers or friends. Posts that once sparked conversation can quietly fade into silence, not because they lack meaning, but because they are simply not shown.
Hashtags, which once acted as pathways to shared interests and communities, do not seem to carry the same reach they once did.

The systems behind these platforms have changed. Algorithms now prioritize different forms of engagement and often favor paid promotion. As a result, organic visibility has become limited, and users frequently feel pressured to boost their posts just to be seen.

For many individuals, this shift can feel deeply discouraging. It creates a subtle but powerful sense of invisibility, even within spaces that once felt like home. People who once relied on these platforms for connection, expression, or community may now find themselves speaking into what feels like an empty room. The emotional impact of that change is real. When efforts to share, create, or connect are met with silence, it can quietly affect one’s sense of belonging and worth in the digital world.

For young people, especially those already grappling with loneliness, anxiety, or depression, this shift is more than just frustrating, it can be deeply damaging. Where once they could count on at least a few replies or interactions to remind them they were not alone, now their posts often go unanswered. The silence can feel deafening. In the past, they felt seen and heard, and communication was much more reciprocal. Now everything seems to revolve around numbers, likes, and views, and authenticity often feels harder to find.

Over the last year, more and more people observe that only those with the financial means to pay for visibility seem to maintain a strong voice online. And too often, their intentions are not centered on helping others, but primarily on selling and making money. For everyone else, especially those who are more vulnerable, it can feel as if they have been muted. The very platforms that once promised connection and community now sometimes feel like places of exclusion and quiet isolation.

Plus, many creators feel increasingly pressured to change the way they share their messages, because otherwise the new algorithms may make them less visible. Many thoughtful creators experience constant pressure, which can become a heavy burden, especially for those who began with honest intentions to share meaningful and helpful content.

This is not a small issue. It’s a growing crisis. Social media, which once helped people feel less alone, is now making loneliness worse - by design. And while platforms may argue that algorithm changes are about improving user experience or curbing misinformation, the reality is that many of these changes are driven by profit, not people.

It is heartbreaking to watch the digital public square slowly shrink into a pay to play arena, where only those who can afford visibility are consistently heard. Something that once felt open and shared now feels restricted. And it is time we begin speaking openly about this shift.
Because if social media is no longer truly about connection, then what is it becoming?

Many people have shared similar experiences with me in recent months. When they try to post something thoughtful, supportive, or meaningful, it barely reaches anyone, not even those who already follow them. Creators who work with small budgets and rely on organic reach feel this change most deeply. They want to connect with the very people who may need encouragement or support. Yet that precious and important reach has become increasingly difficult under the new algorithms.

Let’s not give up on the idea of meaningful connection. Let us continue to create and protect these precious safe spaces, where everyone can feel seen, heard, and truly valued, and where kindness and authenticity still have a place to grow.

If this resonates with you, I’d truly love to hear from you — what have your experiences with this been? And if you have any ideas or gentle solutions in mind, your insight would be deeply appreciated.

With warm regards, Jeanne
💗

If these words resonated with you and you’d like a safe space to reflect together, you’re warmly welcome to reach out.
🌿 Book a meeting

Love in a Healthy Relationship

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/healthy

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/healthy#comments

Healthy Relationships

Specialness and co-dependency are not true love 💗 Here's how to remove the drama from your relationships:Our lives are woven from many kinds of relationships: with family, friends, colleagues, and those we love most deeply. Each connection holds its own rhythm and story, changing and growing as we do. Nurturing these bonds calls for gentle awareness, honesty, and care. Some relationships come with expectations, while others offer pure openness and unconditional love.

Yet relationships constantly evolve, and paying attention to their quality requires mindful observation.

People often project their needs and expectations onto others, and their love is purely conditional, leading to repeated cycles of suffering and drama. What they're really saying is: I love you only if you meet my expectations and behave the way I want you to. But this is not true love.
Most of these coping mechanisms stem from old, unhealed wounds - and they can be acknowledged, addressed, and transformed.

Special relationships are characterized by judgment, projection, fear, and a need for external validation; whereas healthy relationships are grounded in consideration, respect, forgiveness, love, and a shared purpose.

💗 SPECIAL Relationships are:

Ego-driven: Special relationships are rooted in the ego's desire for specialness, exclusivity, and the belief that another person can fulfill needs that only Divine Source can truly meet. It is the ego that craves to feel 'special' and seeks specialness, yet such behavior never provides a stable foundation for genuine, lasting love.

Judgment and Fear: They are characterized by co-dependency, possessiveness, judgment, criticism, and fear, often leading to conflict and pain.

Seeking External Validation: Special relationships rely on external factors like physical appearance, personality traits, status symbols, or achievements for validation and self-esteem. The ego substitutes these for true love, in an effort to conceal the absence of inner alignment with the heart.

Intention to Control: There's often an underlying desire to control or manipulate the other person to fulfill one's own needs and expectations. This need for control begins to fade only after one has healed and learned to rest securely in self-love, self-worth, and inner trust.

Note: Healing and change are possible in all of these areas. Many of these coping mechanisms are rooted in past wounds, but with awareness and care, they can be understood and released.

💗 HEALTHY Relationships are:

Spirit-led: Healthy relationships are grounded in a shared Divine Consciousness, which helps both partners heal the relationship by removing fear, projection, and judgment.

Forgiveness and Love: Healthy relationships are based on respect, consideration, forgiveness, and the recognition of the inherent divinity in the other person and in oneself.

Shared Purpose: Sacred relationships share a common purpose: healing, mutual support, appreciation, and returning to the Divine Source in awareness - transcending egoic needs and desires.

Freedom and Trust: In a healthy relationship, there is freedom from judgment, projection, and control, along with trust in the other person’s inherent goodness and the guidance of Divine Spirit.

Not Necessarily Romantic: Healthy relationships can be romantic, but they can also take the form of friendships, family bonds, or even connections with strangers - as long as the intention is to heal and return to Oneness.

Transformation from Special to Sacred: Meeting together in the consciousness of each other’s Divine Self can transform any relationship - even those initially based on egoistic reasons - by removing fear, projection, and judgment.

This transformation requires a willingness to let go of the ego’s need for control and to see the other person as they truly are: a beautiful Soul and a reflection of Divine Source’s love.

The process may involve discomfort and challenges, as the ego resists releasing its attachments and control. But the ultimate result is healthy relationships filled with serenity, freedom, peace, and unconditional, lasting love.

I am here to support you on this path.

With Love, Jeanne
💗

If these words resonated with you and you’d like a safe space to reflect together, you’re warmly welcome to reach out.
🌿 Book a meeting

Healing words from Infinity

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/healingwords

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/healingwords#comments

Healing Words

Message from the Divine Realms Dear One,We want you to remember your true Self, that part of you that is eternal.Do not read these words with the thinking mind, but take them in with all your heart. The strength you are longing for, the love you need — it is all right here, always with you, just one breath away. All you need to do is allow yourself to remember that you are a beautiful Soul — and that the essence of who you are is Divine Love.Because you come from the One Divine So [...]

Message from the Divine Realms

Dear One,
We want you to remember your true Self, that part of you that is eternal.

Do not read these words with the thinking mind, but take them in with all your heart.

The strength you are longing for, the love you need — it is all right here, always with you, just one breath away.

All you need to do is allow yourself to remember that you are a beautiful Soul — and that the essence of who you are is Divine Love.

Because you come from the One Divine Source, your essence is Love, Light, and Divine Consciousness.

This is why finding love is all about remembering that you are Love. When love, honesty, integrity, and compassion are shared mindfully within relationships, everyone’s heart is nourished. What truly matters is a stable relationship built on emotional maturity, open communication, mutual support, and shared values.

An important aspect to consider is that many people grew up in dysfunctional family environments, where they did not have the opportunity to experience or learn the stable foundations of loving relationships: trust, safety, mutual care, and healthy boundaries.

These are qualities that often need to be learned later in life. And they can be learned, through conscious awareness, reflection, and mindful relationships.

Whether monogamy or polygamy is the more suitable form of relationship for a person often changes throughout different phases of life, as our priorities naturally shift over time.

The essential question to clarify within the heart is: what do you truly want?
Being honest with yourself about your needs and intentions is a vital part of creating a stable foundation for all relationships in your life.

Yes, sharing true love with others begins with loving yourself. And our relationships with others often reflect the relationship we have with ourselves. True love is not co-dependency, nor is it about using others to fulfill ego-driven needs.

Ideally, our love relationships should offer a safe space — free of judgment and free of performance pressure — and instead be rooted in mutual appreciation, respect, and support.

Personally, I am more of a romantic at heart, dreaming of a man who also values monogamy and wishes to build a long-term, loving relationship. Yet I admit that I still can’t quite bring myself to sign up for a dating website.

Being single for some time can be healthy, too. Yes, taking a break from love relationships is sometimes a wise and necessary choice. Consciously spending time alone offers space to process heartache and heal old wounds.

Learning to be with ourselves, and to feel at home in our own company, creates a fertile ground where clarity about future relationships can emerge. In this space of self-connection, we stop seeking completion from others and begin to meet them as whole human beings.

With this newly found clarity, future relationships often become stronger, more conscious, and free of unnecessary drama.

Dear reader, you are not meant to go through life alone. And let me gently encourage you to open your heart again to the possibility of a beautiful and fulfilling love relationship.

💗 You deserve true love — always.

Big hugs,
Jeanne

If these words resonated with you and you would like a quiet, compassionate space to reflect together, you are warmly welcome to reach out.
🌿 Book a meeting

A Path to True Awakening through Selfless Love

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/goodkarma

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/goodkarma#comments

More Good Karma

Creating Good KarmaKarma, awakening, enlightenment, those are all words people toss around in the most superficial ways. But what does it truly mean for our own life’s path? And, more importantly, can we change our karma - and make it better? Yes, we can. Of course we can; and changing it will transform us on every level of our being.

But it demands that we set our egos aside, step into genuine selfless service, abandon greed, offer a helping hand to someone in need, and stop manipulating others. Imagine releasing the craving for instant gratification and, instead, cultivating real respect for every soul: letting go of harsh judgments once and for all. This path calls us to speak, think, and act with compassion and true empathy, treating others with loving kindness.

These steps will improve our karma and shape a brighter future, because living with a loving heart is the only way to truly elevate our vibration. The more love we give, the higher our frequency rises. A pure heart filled with compassion vibrates at its highest level and, in return, draws love from the Divine Universe.

All spiritual teachings around the world convey the same principle about karma: by giving good, we receive good. The fastest way to lay aside our ego and win good karma is through selfless service to others. We will see our life change for the better.

There’s a reason for this transformation: ego-based actions vibrate at the lowest frequencies, like a heavy backpack slowing every step and trapping you in repeated cycles of incarnation within this material world. In contrast, acts rooted in selfless love lift your spirit, elevating your personal vibration ever higher.

Certain emotions vibrate at a lower frequency and can hinder us from moving forward on the spiritual path and raising our vibrations. Emotions such as grief, resentment, bitterness, anger, and similar feelings require conscious transformation.

We all have this work to do; everyone on the spiritual journey encounters these emotions. No matter how saintly we may seem, these feelings are part of being human. The good news is that we can learn to transform them with greater ease, step by step.

We can’t fake this shift; it must be cultivated by the intentions of our hearts. The Divine senses authenticity: no surface-level gesture can fool it. There are no beauty filters for this path, no fast tracks or shortcuts.

This journey is a deeply personal path: it’s between us and the Divine. It’s our true soul homework: if we want to move forward, to transform our life, our future, and our karma, this is the way. As spiritual teachings remind us, these selfless actions also cultivate good karma for our future incarnations; perhaps even in higher dimensions.

When we speak of the path of awakening, it inevitably humbles us—each of us must clear away the cravings of our ego. Those who truly walk this road emanate a quiet peace; there’s no trace of false pride in their presence. Selfless, unconditional love vibrates at the highest frequency, and we can’t attune to it while the ego still dictates our thoughts and intentions.

Transcending the material realm and stepping into true awakening and enlightenment requires cultivating egoless awareness: in our consciousness, our deeds, our speech, and our intentions across every area of life.

Offering words of compassion, loving support, and kindness instead of judgment is a powerful first step. In all seriousness: no one needs our judgments, but many need our loving kindness and support far more.

May these words nourish your spirit and remind you of the boundless love that surrounds us.
With love and light, your fellow traveler on the path, Jeanne
💗

Note:
Resentment blocks the flow of good karma, keeping us tethered to the pain we refuse to release. As long as resentment lingers, our good karma and its blessings wait behind closed doors. When we forgive, we release karmic ties and choose peace over the urge to retaliate.
Though it may seem unfair now, none of us truly knows what we did to others in lifetimes past. Karma travels through many lives. Forgiveness frees us from the weight of karma, allowing the soul to move forward unburdened.

If these words resonated with you and you’d like a quiet space to reflect together, you’re warmly welcome to reach out.
🌿 Book a meeting

Guided by Love: the Support of the Divine Realms

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/angels

https://www.jeannejess.com/reflections/angels#comments

About Divine Angels

How Invisible Forces Support You: Why do you believe in Angels? – I will answer that question soon, but first let us start at the beginning. Angels are beings of Light from the higher realms, which some may call heaven. We find these celestial beings mentioned in spiritual teachings all around the world. Throughout history, every culture has taught that these Divine Beings stand beside us, offering their loving presence and support.

The names they are given may differ, yet the spiritual guidance and support they offer remain unwavering. Some traditions speak of Divine Beings of Light and call them Immortals; other ancient teachings refer to Ascended Masters, spiritual Guides, or use other names. Just as there is one great Sun sustaining humanity and this planet, there is also one Divine Source for all of us.

Yes, I have directly experienced their presence in several situations involving accidents, where I could feel something invisible holding my physical body back. When you go through such an experience, you not only feel deeply grateful, but also develop a profound and lasting reverence for the higher Divine Realms.

My grandparents often spoke to me about Archangel Michael. At the time, I did not fully understand what they meant - but later, those words suddenly became completely real to me. These personal experiences inspired me to immerse myself in spiritual books from many traditions around the world. To my amazement, they all confirmed what I had lived and felt within myself.

The higher Divine Realms are filled with celestial beings who radiate wisdom and unconditional love, always ready to guide and support us on our journey. Their very presence reminds us that we are never alone, for they gently illuminate our path with divine light.

Some may call them Angels, and that is perfectly fine - names may differ, but their loving essence remains the same. Guides and Ascended Masters walk beside us, offering support in countless ways through the many situations of daily life.

Now, some people may wonder: “Why do these Divine Beings help certain people?”
It is important to understand that, here in this realm, humanity lives under a rule known as free will. This means that Angels and Divine Beings are not permitted to interfere in our lives - unless we ask and pray for divine intervention.

And then, of course, there are the laws of karma, which sometimes explain why certain situations continue for a while, even when help has been requested.

Not only in moments of physical danger, but also in very difficult emotional situations, I have experienced the healing support of the Divine Realms. And this support is also available to you. There is a reason why you are reading these words right now: it is no coincidence that you found this text.

This is something I also share with people during video meetings, when they reach out through my website (it is a private blog, not a business - I do not sell anything).

The Divine Beings and the Divine Realms can indeed help us through emotional struggles and guide us into inner healing. At times, it truly feels like a miracle when we sense a profound shift within our hearts and minds: one that leaves us filled with a deep and abiding peace.

May these words serve as a gentle light on your path and bring inspiration to your heart. If you ever feel the need for a kind word or support in any situation, please know you are warmly welcome to reach out to me.

Blessings of love and light, Jeanne
💗

If these words resonated with you and you’d like a safe space to reflect together, you’re warmly welcome to reach out.
🌿 Book a meeting
