People talk about "......-yoga" or "..... - energy healing" or all kind of similar techniques, one promising more amazing benefits than the other. I've walked that path myself and I agree: anything that helps one heal and feel better, is great. If it helps you, then do it, use it, follow it,
go with it. All very good.
But some people are following every new trendy super healing technique; a few weeks later you meet them, they are again disapointed, telling how it did not help and why that super cool new healing technique is not helping neither. Allow me to show you why this is:
It does not matter what great names people use for all those techniques, because at the end, there is only ONE Divine Source to connect with and to receive healing from. Those different techniques are all very good and of great value, as long as the connection to that ONE Divine Source is really being made, entertained, practised and valued.
What many people don't like to hear: this path demands steadiness, patience, daily practice and an inner commitment - it's also about self-love and compassion. The goal is always the merging
of the human self with the Divine Self, the connection to the Divine Consciousness. And this takes time. There is no fast lane on this path.
It all comes down to one same point: YOU are an eternal Divine Being, a spiritual Being from Divine Source, no matter what name you give that Divine Source; you are the Soul who is having a physical experience here in this body on this planet Earth.
Therefore, you will feel better and experience healing as soon as you do connect with your own Divine Self, and from there with your own Divine Source. Until then, you are in the limiting human consciousness only, and that is why you feel less good than you actually could feel.
What people are longing for and why they follow all those different new healing techniques and similar things, is because one way or the other, everybody has to reconnect with Divine Consciousness (no matter what super new name one gives it).
That feeling of restlessness, that chronic longing for home is the longing for the reconnection
with the Divine Inner Being, the Soul, the Divine Source.
Yes, all it would take to get there, to that inner connection, are a few moments in the morning and in the evening, 15 minutes twice a day. No matter if you call it meditation or give it another name, important is what you focus on: You focus on the Divine Self, the Divine Source within You. That is where the healing, the peace, the restoration and the answers come from, always. It is and has always been about this: it is about going within the heart, turning inward, to the heart
of your being.
So, we can keep it all simple, so really simple that people don't believe it, but it is: no matter if you sit on your sofa, in a chair or on the floor, just sit in a comfortable way, with a straight spine, take a few breath, and then go within your heart and ask for your Divine Self to connect. Focus on your Divine Self. Then, focus on your Divine Source. Then, listen within, stay silent and quiet as long as possible.
Yes, it is exactly in those precious moments of silence, when you listen within, that you receive all you need for that day from your Divine Source. When you get calm and begin to listen, those are the moments you receive new strenght and all you need. The question is: how often do you allow yourself to receive? How often do you really sit in that stillness and listen to your Divine Source? You understand: it demands a daily practice, a daily reconnection with Divine Source.
Healing is about remembering. To remember your own Divine Self. To remember that you are really so much more than that human being you see in the mirror. And the more you can connect with that Divine Self, the more peace you'll find. First you'll find it within your Self, then it will manifest on the outside in your world for you.
There is no relationship in your life that is more important than the one you entertain with your Divine Self. And if you can focus on it twice a day for 15 minutes, you are going to see your life changing for good. This is how you really feel at home in your own life. That is where your
healing comes from: from this sacred inner relationship with your Divine Source.
Your Divine Source adores You!
