I'll be less spiritual but somehow more practical here this time. But finally it is all serving the same purpose: making your path of life better.
On another side, there are reasons why a person feels exhausted and chronically tired.
When for examples a person is: trying to please others all the time; forgetting to set healthy boundaries; gossiping about others; judging others badly; saying "yes" to others, but feeling "no"; repressing emotions such as anger and resentment; holding on to old emotional pain, refusing to let go; refusing to forgive others; lack of self-love, lack of self-esteem; wasting too much daily time with useless distractions.
These are examples of patterns that create emotional blockages which lead to an energetic disharmonie and chronical exhaustion. The person is then out of balance on many levels.
To avoid a chronical loss of energy, the inner alignment with the Divine Self (Soul) has first to be established again. Many techniques can help here, to reestablish the emotional balance again.
Of course, daily meditations are a precious key here.
Be patient with yourself on this path and know that all of us had to learn these things.
To feel vital, healthy and strong on all levels of our being, we got to maintain a minimum of discipline in our daily life and focus our actions on what is truly nurturing to our own well-being.
We all can observe this: when we take daily time for our meditations and hatha-yoga, we feel a lot better than on those days where we do not take the time for our meditations and yoga.
When we eat fresh healthy food, fruits and vegetables, we feel a lot more vital and stronger than on those other days when we eat too much sugar.... we all know these things.
In the same way, you can observe how your vibration drops down when you hear people who gossip, who talk about negative stories and drama. All of this lowers your own vibration, and this is exactly the reason why you'll feel tired and exhausted.
On the other side, you can feel how your vibration raises when you spend time with people who are loving, kind, conscious, mindful and gentle. Or when you read a book from a spiritual teacher who writes from a higher consciousness. Or when you practice meditation. You feel less tired, more appreciated and harmonious...
What you focus on, what you talk about and think about, all this has a direct influence on your own energy fields. That's why it is sometimes better to spend time alone in nature in a peaceful place.
People who focus too often on emotional drama, struggles, issues, past events, will meet difficulties in raising their vibration and feeling better. We all first had to let go of the past, the anger, the repressed emotions and egoistical behavior, before we saw the positive changes we wished to experience in our daily life. It's the same work for all, it really is.
In order to keep your vibrations high, stay healthy and feel good about yourself, it is helpful to make some small changes in your habits. In your daily life situations, go within and feel with your heart what situations make you feel better and what really nurtures you. During the day, feel if a thing (a habit) you're about to do is going to raise your vibration higher or not.
Make small changes, be gentle with yourself. Step by step, you'll establish habits that will help you raise your vibration, that are truly beneficial to your health and your well-being.
Loving kindness, inner peace, emotional stability and similar positive emotions do all raise your vibration higher. With this, you feel vital, balanced and very good. And this is your goal.
The fact is simple to understand: The higher your vibration, the more vital and strong you feel (and less exhausted).
