Are You feeling exhausted all the time?

In this text, we discuss the reasons why people feel exhausted. Yes, there are medical reasons sometimes, a lack of vitamins, a lack of amino acids, hormonal dysfunctions and others. For all of this, you can receive direct support and fast solutions in your local medical center.

I'll be less spiritual but somehow more practical here this time. But finally it is all serving the same purpose: making your path of life better.

On another side, there are reasons why a person feels exhausted and chronically tired.
When for examples a person is: trying to please others all the time; forgetting to set healthy boundaries; gossiping about others; judging others badly; saying "yes" to others, but feeling "no"; repressing emotions such as anger and resentment; holding on to old emotional pain, refusing to let go; refusing to forgive others; lack of self-love, lack of self-esteem; wasting too much daily time with useless distractions.

These are examples of patterns that create emotional blockages which lead to an energetic disharmonie and chronical exhaustion. The person is then out of balance on many levels.
To avoid a chronical loss of energy, the inner alignment with the Divine Self (Soul) has first to be established again. Many techniques can help here, to reestablish the emotional balance again.
​Of course, daily meditations are a precious key here.

Be patient with yourself on this path and know that all of us had to learn these things.


To feel vital, healthy and strong on all levels of our being, we got to maintain a minimum of discipline in our daily life and focus our actions on what is truly nurturing to our own well-being.

We all can observe this: when we take daily time for our meditations and hatha-yoga, we feel a lot better than on those days where we do not take the time for our meditations and yoga.

When we eat fresh healthy food, fruits and vegetables, we feel a lot more vital and stronger than on those other days when we eat too much sugar.... we all know these things.

In the same way, you can observe how your vibration drops down when you hear people who gossip, who talk about negative stories and drama. All of this lowers your own vibration, and this is exactly the reason why you'll feel tired and exhausted.

On the other side, you can feel how your vibration raises when you spend time with people who are loving, kind, conscious, mindful and gentle. Or when you read a book from a spiritual teacher who writes from a higher consciousness. Or when you practice meditation. You feel less tired, more appreciated and harmonious...

What you focus on, what you talk about and think about, all this has a direct influence on your own energy fields. That's why it is sometimes better to spend time alone in nature in a peaceful place.

People who focus too often on emotional drama, struggles, issues, past events, will meet difficulties in raising their vibration and feeling better. We all first had to let go of the past, the anger, the repressed emotions and egoistical behavior, before we saw the positive changes we wished to experience in our daily life. It's the same work for all, it really is. 

In order to keep your vibrations high, stay healthy and feel good about yourself, it is helpful to make some small changes in your habits. In your daily life situations, go within and feel with your heart what situations make you feel better and what really nurtures you. During the day, feel if a thing (a habit) you're about to do is going to raise your vibration higher or not.

Make small changes, be gentle with yourself. Step by step, you'll establish habits that will help you raise your vibration, that are truly beneficial to your health and your well-being.

Loving kindness, inner peace, emotional stability and similar positive emotions do all raise your vibration higher. With this, you feel vital, balanced and very good. And this is your goal.

The fact is simple to understand: The higher your vibration, the more vital and strong you feel (and less exhausted).

Helpful thoughts to overcome a breakup

No matter if it is a divorce or the breakup of a long term love relationship, it can be same painful.
Therefore, let's see what one can do to feel better about a breakup:

Letting go is a conscious choice you make. Remember: you do have control over your feelings. Yes, nobody else but you alone decides how you feel, how you react. You can react with all possible emotions and make yourself feel worser than necessary. Or, you can react with wisdom and leave your ego out of the whole situation. This is when you simply decide to accept the situation as it is.

Then, ask yourself what else helps you to feel better: does it help you to feel better if you both go into blaming each other for all possible mistakes you made? No, of course not. So then why would you even want to go there?

Yes, you can separate from your partner in total peace and serenity, without any drama. It just depends, what you decide to focus on. If you focus on the beautiful times you spend together, and you both continue to feel appreciation for the love you shared, you can separate in peace. If possible, meet with your partner for a respectful separation, where you both thank each other for the time and love you shared. Or write a letter, if this helps you to say good-bye and let go.

Do not destroy all the beautiful moments, the love, the romance, the joy you shared together by only talking and complaining about small events that were less good. I know, sometimes this is easier said than done. Stay focused on the 98% that were good, if you wish to continue to feel good.

Criticising your ex-partner is a complete no-go, 'cause that lowers your vibrations, which would only attract new drama in your life. People who blame and criticize their ex-partners too often, will end up feeling bitter. The last thing your new partner wants to hear are bad stories about your ex. Stay respectful, in all situations. Talk with kindness and keep your focus on the qualities you once loved in your partner.

Give yourself enough time to heal after the breakup. It is wise to spend some time alone, before starting with a new relationship. Make sure you keep feelings of appreciation for the last relationship, because this will raise your vibration higher.

If you are honest, you know that you do not want to be around a person who doesn't love you, right? Therefore, even if a breakup is not a funny time, try to think about your future: what you really want, is a partner who does truly love and appreciate you for who you are, right? It is the best to forgive and let go what happened, in order to be totally free and open for a new partner.

You had a difficult breakup and you feel hurt? Then, the best thing you can do now is to raise your self-love. Be your own best friend, be your own best partner. Go into meditation and focus on your oneness with your own Divine Self - this step is the key to a fast healing after a breakup. Connect with your own Divine Soul, focus on your Divine Source, this will help you recover.

​Be patient with yourself and your ex-partner during the time of separation. Have compassion now more than anything else. Separations can bring other old, unhealed wounds and fears to surface. Make sure you get the help of some friends during this special time.

Acceptance is one of the best ways to deal with a painful breakup. Breakups are part of life. People sometimes decide to leave a relationship, and there is really nothing one can do about it. The good news is: the sooner you let go, the sooner your hands are free to welcome your new partner.

There is a quote that says that we should let go those who decide to leave us, and trust that there are plenty of people who will be happy to love us. Therefore, be the first to see your own qualities and your value and love yourself - then you can be sure that there are plenty of wonderful people who will see your qualities and your value too.
